General tidy up, loads of broken links fixed, removal of search facility and ABE affiliation. I'm intending to rewrite the site to make it more modern, but at least it loads incredibly quickly.

Changed affiliation from abebooks.com to abebooks.co.uk. ABEbooks.com have switched to using DoubleClick, who are incapable of dealing with sites from the UK. I am UK based, and I don't want to get commission cheques in dollars. So my apologies to US users of this site - if you click through to ABE, you'll see UK prices.

Added an image of the US edition of The Day Jean-Pierre was Pignapped - the last missing book image.
Also added new information on the Miscellany page, about the Gallico Column books and The Fifth Factor.
My thanks again to Geoff Phillips for supplying the scans and information.

Also a bit of a redesign of the whole site, to make it slightly more friendly for smaller screens. It is now possible to get rid of the title bar from the main menu, freeing up more of the screen for information; also all internal links to Home or Paul Gallico Home Page will go to the non-title bar home page.
Also added a link on all menus to the search engine.
